Shipping policy
Processing times, courier delivery estimates, shipping rates, customs, address accuracy, and shipping restrictions.

Processing time
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, once payment and stock availability are confirmed.
- A tracking number will be emailed once the order has been processed and dispatched where the courier service supports tracking.
Estimated shipping times
- South Africa: 2 to 5 business days.
- Africa: 5 to 10 business days.
- International: 7 to 21 business days, depending on destination, customs, courier network, and product availability.
Rates and oversize items
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or by quotation based on weight, dimensions, destination, insurance requirements, product type, and courier service.
- All shipping rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
- Fragile, heavy, hazardous, high-value, or oversize items may require specialised packing, freight, insurance, or collection arrangements.
Customs and duties
- International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, documentation requirements, or destination-country restrictions.
- Any customs, duties, taxes, storage, clearance, or destination charges are for the customer's account unless a written quote says otherwise.
- NXT cannot predict destination-country charges and recommends checking with local customs before placing an international order.
Shipping address
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, contact person, phone number, and delivery instructions.
- NXT is not responsible for delay, failed delivery, extra courier charges, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.
- For high-value deliveries, NXT or its courier may require signature, identity verification, business address verification, or collection from a depot.
Restrictions and delayed supply
Some products may be restricted by size, weight, courier policy, export/import rules, manufacturer rules, or regulatory requirements. If a restriction affects an order, NXT will notify the customer and work on an appropriate delivery, collection, replacement, or refund solution.
