Return, exchange, refund, damaged goods, defective goods, sale item, and special-order rules for NXT purchases.

Eligibility for returns
- Products must be returned in their original condition, complete with accessories, manuals, serial-number labels, warranty cards, and original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, unless a longer statutory right applies.
- Items bought on sale or clearance are final for change-of-mind returns, but this does not limit rights for defective, unsafe, unsuitable, or incorrectly supplied goods.
- Custom, special-order, configured, software, licence, and hygiene-sensitive products are non-refundable for change of mind unless defective or protected by law.
Electronic transaction cooling-off
Where the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act cooling-off right applies to a natural-person consumer buying online, the consumer may cancel an eligible transaction within 7 days after receiving the goods. The customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods are defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise NXT's responsibility.
Return process
- Email info@nxtleveltech.co.za with the order number, product details, photos where relevant, and the reason for return.
- NXT will provide return authorisation and return instructions before the product is sent back.
- The product must be shipped back using a trackable method and packed safely. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Returns sent without authorisation may be delayed or refused if NXT cannot identify the order, condition, or customer.
Refund process
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after NXT receives and inspects the returned product.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless NXT agrees otherwise or law requires another remedy.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
- If NXT cannot supply an ordered product, NXT will cancel that item and issue a refund within 14 days.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
- If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact NXT within 48 hours at info@nxtleveltech.co.za so the team can assess courier damage, replacement, repair, refund, or return collection.
- Photos of packaging, product damage, serial numbers, and accessories may be required to support courier and supplier claims.
- Where the defect or incorrect supply is confirmed, NXT will cover reasonable return shipping or collection costs.
Inspection and deductions
Returned products are inspected before refund or exchange. NXT may refuse a change-of-mind return or make a lawful deduction where an item is used, damaged, missing parts, not in resaleable condition, or returned outside the policy period, unless consumer law requires a different outcome.
